I have the rights to refuse a commission

Full Payment must be made prior to the start of work. I will not begin any work before the payment is completed.

A refund may be requested if I have not started the commission yet

If for any reason I'm unable to continue a commission that already has progress, a partial refund will be given based on work completion percentage.

TAT is estimated to be around 1 week to 1 month depends on the complexity of the commission.

I prefer to not be rushed as it might affect the quality of the work, but if your commission is time sensitive and wants to be prioritized, there's a rush fee +50% from the total.

Please provide clear and detailed visual reference and desired pose/vibes. I won't accept commission with non-visual reference.

Finished comms will be sent via email

Finished comms will be posted as my portfolio. There will be additional private fee if you want to keep it private

Reposting/using/editing is allowed. The client reserved the right to share the commissioned piece on any of their social media platforms. Proper credit is required when reposting.

Using "Personal Use" Commission to make profits in any shape or form is STRICTLY PROHIBITED

I retain the copyright and portfolio usage rights.

Use of artworks for NFTs, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or AI-related purposes is strictly forbidden.
